System Design & Engineering
Comprehensive PV system architecture tailored to site-specific conditions, load profiles, and grid interconnection requirements. Our engineering team delivers DC/AC sizing optimization, string configuration design, shading analysis using PVSyst and Helioscope, structural engineering for mounting systems, and electrical single-line diagrams.
Procurement Management
Global supply chain optimization for modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance-of-system (BOS) components. We conduct vendor qualification audits, factory acceptance testing (FAT) oversight, logistics coordination, and customs clearance management.
Civil & Electrical Works
Complete site preparation including grading, access roads, fencing, and drainage. Foundation construction for ground-mount and tracking systems. DC cabling, AC collection systems, medium-voltage substation integration, and SCADA infrastructure installation.
Commissioning & Testing
IEC 62446-compliant inspection protocols, performance testing under standard test conditions (STC), IV curve tracing for every string, thermographic analysis using FLIR cameras, and grid code compliance verification before commercial operation date (COD).
